This particular group of franchises is run by manipulative, passive aggressive, non supportive, upper management. The focus is on sales not on helping families. Employees are not valued they are overworked and pushed into selling expensive packages that families cannot afford and do not necessarily need. The turnover for center management is constant because of the stress and pressure put on them. Not for happy families and educated children, but for sales sales sales.
