      Great corporate policies in place. Tried and true systems and curriculum.

      Cons

      Franchise may not comply with corporate standards. Franchise sets own sales and prices which can conflict with ads ran by corporate leaving customers feeling like they got bait and switch.

      Pros

      I enjoyed the work I did do. Working with the children and helping with teachers was fun and I got to socialize quite often with staff and students.

      Cons

      I was fired for missing one shift because my mother ended up in an accident. I did not get to explain myself for missing said shift and was told to think about my actions for 4 days before being let go. Extremely unprofessional.
