      Pros

      This is a great job for someone in education who wants to get out of the traditional classroom. I love that I get to see ALL grades and subjects. I love getting to know the families as well. They are truly thankful for what we do to help their child.

      Cons

      Low pay. No benefits. Working until late in the evening every week night. I work until 7:30pm because that’s when our last session ends.

      Pros

      I enjoyed the work I did do. Working with the children and helping with teachers was fun and I got to socialize quite often with staff and students.

      Cons

      I was fired for missing one shift because my mother ended up in an accident. I did not get to explain myself for missing said shift and was told to think about my actions for 4 days before being let go. Extremely unprofessional.
