      Pros

      Only work 3 days a week for 3-4 hours. The kids can be wonderful. The barrier to entry is really low and they usually always need people. Coordination is terrible but I can only assume that’s from lack of funds and people since the managers seem to be doing their best, it’s just barley enough.

      Cons

      Only work 3 days a week for 3-4 hours. The kids can be wild. Sylvan isn’t very organised and often lets you know things last minute. The teachers at the school have more info sometimes.

      Pros

      I enjoyed the work I did do. Working with the children and helping with teachers was fun and I got to socialize quite often with staff and students.

      Cons

      I was fired for missing one shift because my mother ended up in an accident. I did not get to explain myself for missing said shift and was told to think about my actions for 4 days before being let go. Extremely unprofessional.
