      Flexible schedule, sweet kids, decent space

      Cons

      The tutoring is relatively easy because all the lessons are created digitally through the iPad, but not all kids can learn this way. It's also difficult to tutor 4-5 kids at once when some (understandably) need additional help. Kids who come in with minimal reading skills can't learn from an iPad, and most need 1 on 1 tutoring anyway.

      Pros

      I enjoyed the work I did do. Working with the children and helping with teachers was fun and I got to socialize quite often with staff and students.

      Cons

      I was fired for missing one shift because my mother ended up in an accident. I did not get to explain myself for missing said shift and was told to think about my actions for 4 days before being let go. Extremely unprofessional.
