Pros

Free parking and that's about it

Cons

One of the funniest/weirdest thing in my entire professional career happened to me in this company. I was actually getting some work done on a specific module and to be fair, it was taking a bit more time than expected. So I got a call from the supervisor and then he told me to share my screen so that he can watch me write code and as in he actually wants to monitor me write code which includes looking at me as I google specific syntax and figure out the solution. This was just to make sure I'm not slacking and he making sure I'm meeting the deadline and this was on the development server, not on production or anything of that kind. Instead of pulling such stunts, you should know that he never bothered either reviewing my work or making sure I'm following proper Software Design protocols. So basically as a Software Developer, if you ever had a fantasy of being watched while you wrote code in case if there was a delay, this place would be the right fit for you. This itself should give an idea of what kind of micro-management you'll end up dealing with if you decide to join here and this was all within a month of joining there. Overall the company policy is to squeeze as much as possible, as quickly as possible and then to get rid of you. You can be hired as a permanent employee but can be fired with a moment's notice.  I would like to wish good luck to the next person.

Pros

Interesting technology and exposure to advanced automation systems. Opportunity to work on complex engineering projects.

Cons

Poor work-life balance with high expectations and little flexibility. Communication from leadership and the general manager was very limited, making it difficult to stay aligned. There was also a lack of transparency around performance expectations and job security. Even when performing well and fully understanding the environment and workflows, employees could be let go without warning or a second chance. This creates unnecessary turnover and results in lost knowledge, requiring time and resources to retrain new engineers who are unfamiliar with the systems.
