      Pros

      Very cool technology and just recently went public. Comp and benefits are very competitive. This is a culture of innovation that seeks people who can solve problems. Lots of opportunity to bring great ideas to the table...never a boring day. This company has a lot of really smart people - excited to learn some new skills.

      Cons

      It takes a while to fully grasp how the different teams/orgs work together - lots of opportunity to work cross functionally one you figure it out.
