When it comes to the accuracy of patient medication, we do set high standards for our staff. We continuously look for process improvement opportunities and emphasize re-training but we also have to balance those things with personal accountability when it comes to dealing with recurring errors. We pride ourselves on our talented team, who we regularly survey for input. In our recent survey, 82% of the data entry team said they would recommend Symbria to others as a great place to work, and over 90% said the company provides quality service to clients.
