Pros
* Great vision and dental benefits. * Data operators supervisor is great and genuinely sets you up to succeed. After working in several toxic environments it’s a breath of fresh air. She cares about her employees and it shows in her actions and leadership style. Absolutely no micromanaging; you’re treated like a professional. * There is an outlined process for almost everything and training is straightforward. You aren’t cast out on your own either. * Coworkers are good at their jobs and things get done properly and timely. * Very little gossiping, just a good environment. * Very fair pay for the industry. * Remote employees are provided with excellent equipment. You only need Internet. * IT support is super quick and knows what they’re doing. * Flexible break times. * Growing quickly and not sacrificing quality. *
Cons
* Terrible medical insurance with extremely little selection. * Tuition assistance has a narrow range of applications and is only $600 per year. (Being paid fairly makes up for it though!)
