Pros

Greta atmosphere outside of the daily grind. Company is committed to community service. Great medical benefits.

Cons

No training program; expects employees to learn on the fly while tying their bonus directly to output/accuracy. Departments don't work well together and blame other departments for overseights/screw ups. Upper management quick to hire friends as mid-level management without proper qualifications or knowledge of employee's jobs/duties. Seems like company is planning headquarter move to Iowa from their WA location

Pros

Coworkers are pleasant to work with.

Cons

Management is severely lacking in day to day job functions of their staff, they target anyone they do not like regardless of that person’s job performance. Managers are out of touch with what their staff is doing and they pick favorites. HR supports this behavior and will railroad you right out the door while destroying your mental health. Senior HR members see nothing wrong with targeting staff members based on who they “like”, and they lie to your face when you challenge it. Working 12+ hour days is necessary to keep up with the workload they put on you.
