Pros
I love this company. I have worked in insurance for 11 years, I finally found a place where nothing was sugarcoated, I was told that at times I would have struggles, but when I did there was always someone to help or something I could do to help myself. My feeling reading the FEW negative reviews is this: No one makes you get on a conference call, they are there for your benefit. If 2 hours a week that can help you get better is too much go work at McDonalds personal development is stressed here. As far as cost to attend conference again $150 bucks is minor; my wife was asked to pay $1500 to go to an AdvoCare conference and that is an MLM. If your policies are falling of the books you SOLD that client; you didn't go out to help them. As far as leads go I have worked them all in different systems. There is a cost but in any business there is a cost to do business. You do NOT have to buy leads. If you want to go door knocking go ahead but then don't complain about not selling much and never having any time.
Cons
There are none unless you are looking for someone else to tell you what to do, when to do it and to do it for you. Greatest thing about this business is that it's all on you. The worst part at least for some is that its all on you.
