Pros
Great pay, training, unlimited growth potential. The leadership is the best I have worked with, including my experiences in the Marine Corps infantry. They take a direct involvement and have an invested interest in their people. If you have a strong work ethic and love working with people Symmetry may be a good option for you. They give the ability to raise your income to match your dream, not have to settle for lower expectations to match a low income. Prior to working with SFG I was in the restaurant business as a manager making 34k a year. My first year with Symmetry I made $73,000 and only worked an average of 15 hours a week.
Cons
You have to work and be self disciplined. If you follow the cornerstones set forth by SFG you can't fail. They are a personal development / leadership company that happens to write mortgage protection and final expense coverage.
