Cons

A significant concern within the Financial Services business is the growing gap between executive messaging and market reality. There is considerable skepticism regarding the SAI platform strategy, including its maturity, customer demand, and ability to deliver meaningful business outcomes in the near term. Many employees struggle to understand the roadmap and long-term vision, creating uncertainty for both staff and customers. Leadership credibility has also become a challenge. There is a perception that senior leadership, including the CEO, lacks sufficient understanding of the Financial Services market and the complexities of enterprise software delivery. As a result, employees frequently find themselves managing customer expectations and addressing concerns following executive engagements. While employees recognize that restructuring and cost-control measures are sometimes necessary, there are growing concerns about strategic decision-making, product direction, and overall execution. These issues have contributed to declining confidence in the company's ability to deliver on its stated vision and maintain strong customer relationships.

- Verbally abusive leadership -Leaders actively retaliating against those who speak out -Threaten those who speak up and/or question their decisions -No career path -Sales team has to fight for (beg) commission payouts, regardless of what is agreed to in contracts -Absolutely no strategic vision or plan for the company, just grow sales -Associates are not given the resources needed to complete the expectations set on them
