Pros

Learn new AI productivity tools

Cons

The company's external image does not reflect the experience many employees describe internally. While restructuring and cost reductions are understandable, the bigger issue is the culture surrounding those decisions. There is a widespread perception of aggressive, fear-based CEO leadership that discourages employees from speaking up. Many feel there is no genuinely independent or trusted process for raising concerns without fear of retaliation. High attrition, declining morale, and the loss of experienced staff have become recurring themes in the Financial Services. From a business perspective, there appears to be a lack of clear product strategy, limited new business growth, continued customer churn, and increasing reliance on renewals rather than sustainable expansion. Employees also express concerns about governance, transparency, and accountability around major commercial announcements and sales reporting in FInancial Services. The company promotes a strong philanthropic and values-driven public image, but many employees feel this is difficult to reconcile with the internal culture and day-to-day working environment.

Cons

- Verbally abusive leadership -Leaders actively retaliating against those who speak out -Threaten those who speak up and/or question their decisions -No career path -Sales team has to fight for (beg) commission payouts, regardless of what is agreed to in contracts -Absolutely no strategic vision or plan for the company, just grow sales -Associates are not given the resources needed to complete the expectations set on them
