Pros

Constant innovation in tools, competitive base salary, becoming the industry leader in customer data. Multiple locations with global opportunities, good co-workers.

Cons

Bad culture coming from senior leadership team. Bonus scheme is poor( if you and the company hit performance targets you still do not get your full bonus entitlement). New tools are prioritized over fixing older/broken ones

Great collaboration among colleagues below the leadership levels (includes both executives and vertical leadership). Products are decent

Cons

- Verbally abusive leadership -Leaders actively retaliating against those who speak out -Threaten those who speak up and/or question their decisions -No career path -Sales team has to fight for (beg) commission payouts, regardless of what is agreed to in contracts -Absolutely no strategic vision or plan for the company, just grow sales -Associates are not given the resources needed to complete the expectations set on them
