Pros

Hard to find something positive to say about this organization, except that there are some people working hard to overcome the many issues that exist.

Cons

Top management of this company is really poor. They aren't honest about the product, the financials, the values, etc. They work folks to the bone, they treat people poorly, they lie. The pay is poor, the benefits are shrinking, they are making people return to offices so they can push them harder. After all this, they tell the staff that it is a great place to work. They ignore negative feedback on employee surveys. If the job market was better, everyone would leave. Their reputation is making it hard to hire and that will only continue.

Great collaboration among colleagues below the leadership levels (includes both executives and vertical leadership). Products are decent

Cons

- Verbally abusive leadership -Leaders actively retaliating against those who speak out -Threaten those who speak up and/or question their decisions -No career path -Sales team has to fight for (beg) commission payouts, regardless of what is agreed to in contracts -Absolutely no strategic vision or plan for the company, just grow sales -Associates are not given the resources needed to complete the expectations set on them
