Pros
Rank and file employees are the highlight. Base pay is good. 401k is top of the market.
Cons
Unhappy customers and unhappy employees. Customer projects are never delivered on time and always way over budget. No bonuses and even expenses are not being paid on time. They've had four CFO's in three years. No product management leadership. They look for reasons to not pay. The company is firing good people and the best people are leaving. This was a nice company 18 months ago but that has been destroyed. The culture is cut throat and mean. Heavy micro management and the goal is for people to be unable to live up to expectations - this is from the top. They entice you with an IPO but that won't happen. Very toxic.
