Good clientele, decent tools, great transferability of skills acquired here. Initially great pay. Great opportunity work life balance.

Leadership, lack of clear direction, branding confuses clientele and prospects, pay plan restructured frequently, moderately high turnover, frequent layoffs, declining incentives, unfavorable market conditions, low ceiling, limited opportunities for internal mobility, undefined culture, no opportunities for stock options or equity in company means little incentive to stay long term.

- Verbally abusive leadership -Leaders actively retaliating against those who speak out -Threaten those who speak up and/or question their decisions -No career path -Sales team has to fight for (beg) commission payouts, regardless of what is agreed to in contracts -Absolutely no strategic vision or plan for the company, just grow sales -Associates are not given the resources needed to complete the expectations set on them
