Pros

Remote work but most places are remote now anyway, so it’s not really a pro They keep losing contracts with large retailers such as Giant Eagle. so there isn’t a lot of work to do but the pay checks keep coming.

Cons

No AI just PowerPoint Everything changes every six months, so nothing ever gets accomplished They lose more clients than they gain because of the inability to get anything done

Pros

Great collaboration among colleagues below the leadership levels (includes both executives and vertical leadership). Products are decent

Cons

- Verbally abusive leadership -Leaders actively retaliating against those who speak out -Threaten those who speak up and/or question their decisions -No career path -Sales team has to fight for (beg) commission payouts, regardless of what is agreed to in contracts -Absolutely no strategic vision or plan for the company, just grow sales -Associates are not given the resources needed to complete the expectations set on them
