Cons
-...while the products are good, they are not perfect. There are still ways that it can be improved all around - but the company is young and the same can be said for most companies/products. So not strictly a con but more of an observation. -A big part of the issues that people across the company experience stem from the customer side, such as making sure Synack personel and the SRT have the relevant access, permissions, quick channels of communication etc. This can be frustrating as no matter how hard people work and prepare, how good the product is, a test can still run badly with complaints from the customer. It can feel disheartening that a big part of the success will always be out of your hands. Again, not directly a con but something to be aware of given the business model.
