Pros

The people are really nice

Cons

So I will say i wasnt told in the interview process that I was one in many but I did have multiple round phone interviews then in person. Which already has you feeling like wow this is big. Like in many of the other reviews said they dont "fully" explain what your doing. They like to call what your doing as running "events". What i didnt know until I started was that I would be pushing phones in stores, but honestly even that wouldn't be bad but what you really dont know is that you have to walk around a portion of the store walking up to people. I felt awful, like I was harassing people. Also I havent so far seen this mentioned, but your not allowed to take more then a 5-10 min break even if you work more then 8 hrs but yet you have to clock out a whole hour that is taken out of your pay. Multiple people were let go within weeks of me being there. People start letting it slip other people were "mysteriously" let go. The boss likes to talk in a certain way were shell be like family and life matters, but then oh dont call off for anything because you need to put in the work. The atmosphere is very were all nice and great but please have no life outside of here. I mean there are zoom call meetings you have to go to that you dont get paid for. Also the whole having to call someone at the end of the day to break down is ridiculous because again you have already clocked out but now on your free time have to talk to someone for 15-30 min. They keep claiming they are not an mlm scheme yet the only way to get promoted is by conning enough new people into staying and going throught the training to your phase. They make it seem like to be a "hard worker" means sacrificing your life outside of work. They even have a book club every week that you "dont" have to go to yet if you dont its why weren't you there. Like im sorry I dont wanna read a fun lifestyle book before I have to stand for an hour or more meeting then work a store shift. Overall this company gives me very culty vibes. Like you have to repeat stuff back to the boss in meetings like im sorry but thats weird. I hate to be so negative like this but I very much dont appreciate jobs that make you feel bad for having a life outside your job.

Pros

The ability to grow at a cosmic rate both professionally and personally has been truly amazing. Rapid growth without structure can be overwhelming but they do a great job of putting structure behind the growth.

Cons

Personally I don’t see many cons when breaking the business down. If someone was shy when it comes to competition they could get overwhelmed by the competitive environment but competition breeds success.

Pros

If you’re looking for a job where you can grow and learn your that’s exactly what you’ll get. I was able to gain new skills that have helped me tremendously in terms of rounding out my holes I had in my resume. The other thing I really enjoyed was the culture they have in their office. You truly get the feeling everyone there wants to help you and see you grow.

Cons

You’ll have to drive, which of course is a problem for some people. Their events are all over the greater Cleveland area so I would not recommend this job for people who don’t have their own cars or don’t enjoy having a longer commute to work.
