Pros

Very positive and professional work environment. Even though I decided to resign, Synaptic has a great place in my heart because of what it has taught me. It is disappointing to see that people on here call this place a scam, the company works with fortune 500 companies like Samsung and Apple, it’s very unintelligent to assume that such huge companies would choose a scam for their advertisement. Anyways Everyone who works or worked here is a different person for the better when they leave because it shapes you into a professional and trains you on becoming a business owner if that’s what you’d like, how ever if ownership is not for you, they still have opportunities to make REALLY good money; weekly. You have to figure that if someone is offering to hand you your own business and intense training without experience, there’s going to be hard work involved. Personally, I just wasn’t willing to put in the time and I’m satisfied with a 9-5 job. However, this job makes you enough profit that you can retire at an early age if you wanted to, and you eventually become your own boss. The boss is actually very nice, people just don’t like when she holds you to high standards, but what do you expect when she’s offering you so much if you’re willing to work for it. Also I can’t speak for what the boss has said to others but after the time knowing her, she would never make fun of anyone, she invites you into her home, cooks for you, gives you random bonuses just for looking professional or doing the right things, I truly don’t see how someone could dislike her unless its because of her intensity for success within her employees, I will say you certainly can’t take feedback personally, it’s only to make you better.

Cons

Time now for time later, work hard for 6 months, then get promoted through a merit based system rather than seniority, and you make your own schedule. If you’re not willing to do that than it’s not for you just like it wasn’t for me. After being here for so long I have watched several people get promoted and successfully make it through the training program in 6 months, I’ve seen people who walk in on their first day without a professional bone in their body and then go out looking and acting like they work on wall street. Con is, you have to work for it you don’t just get it handed to you.

Pros

The ability to grow at a cosmic rate both professionally and personally has been truly amazing. Rapid growth without structure can be overwhelming but they do a great job of putting structure behind the growth.

Cons

Personally I don’t see many cons when breaking the business down. If someone was shy when it comes to competition they could get overwhelmed by the competitive environment but competition breeds success.

Pros

If you’re looking for a job where you can grow and learn your that’s exactly what you’ll get. I was able to gain new skills that have helped me tremendously in terms of rounding out my holes I had in my resume. The other thing I really enjoyed was the culture they have in their office. You truly get the feeling everyone there wants to help you and see you grow.

Cons

You’ll have to drive, which of course is a problem for some people. Their events are all over the greater Cleveland area so I would not recommend this job for people who don’t have their own cars or don’t enjoy having a longer commute to work.
