      Work from home flexibility is a great help for balancing family time and well being.

      Cons

      Unless you have a micro manager who will bother you for being just 2 minutes away or taking unscheduled time off for being sick or experiencing an actual power cut or a wifi issue, you will be okay :)

      Great company to work for , 4 days week and no meeting on friday were great perks to have when it comes to work / life balance
