Pros

Good people and benefits. Overall great. It's stressful at times and that's not something you can really train. Good experience for credit card inside information.

Cons

A lot of customers ask for assistance figuring out their bills but I'm not an accountant. Some people still do not know how to use credit cards.

Pros

Great benefits, fully remote, my fellow employees are great to work with.

Cons

The systems constantly lag and freeze, making an already stressful job even harder. You’re expected to handle the work of multiple roles while meeting unrealistic metrics and learning countless procedures. Calls are often back-to-back, and the two-minute breaks during busy times aren’t enough to recharge. Dealing with verbally abusive customers is common, and you’re required to give multiple warnings before ending a call. While there are opportunities to move into other roles, promotions often feel more dependent on who you know than your actual skills or performance. Overall, it’s a mentally exhausting, high-stress environment.
