Pros

It's a great job over all, great benefits and decent pay. Awesome managers and great people to work with. Management is one of the good things about this job. The manager are friendly and will talk to you about whatever needed and very understanding unlike some places.

Cons

The hours and time it takes to be able to try to get a different shift. You have to jump through a lot of hoops to get a shift change unless you're lucky and a shift bid comes in but those are very very rare. Ive been trying to get off the night shift which is 3:30 to midnight for a couple months now to work the 9 to 5:30 shift.

Pros

Great benefits, fully remote, my fellow employees are great to work with.

Cons

The systems constantly lag and freeze, making an already stressful job even harder. You’re expected to handle the work of multiple roles while meeting unrealistic metrics and learning countless procedures. Calls are often back-to-back, and the two-minute breaks during busy times aren’t enough to recharge. Dealing with verbally abusive customers is common, and you’re required to give multiple warnings before ending a call. While there are opportunities to move into other roles, promotions often feel more dependent on who you know than your actual skills or performance. Overall, it’s a mentally exhausting, high-stress environment.
