Pros

Great benefits from date of hire. Nice building and environment.

Cons

Training does not cover enough info to help prepare you once you get to production. Managers just manage people they don't know much about the actual job the agents are doing. My manager started the same day I did and couldn't help me with anything once I was out of training.

Great benefits, fully remote, my fellow employees are great to work with.

Cons

The systems constantly lag and freeze, making an already stressful job even harder. You’re expected to handle the work of multiple roles while meeting unrealistic metrics and learning countless procedures. Calls are often back-to-back, and the two-minute breaks during busy times aren’t enough to recharge. Dealing with verbally abusive customers is common, and you’re required to give multiple warnings before ending a call. While there are opportunities to move into other roles, promotions often feel more dependent on who you know than your actual skills or performance. Overall, it’s a mentally exhausting, high-stress environment.
