Pros

- The Benefits are out of this world - If you so choose, you can even continue your education and they will reimburse you up to 20k a calendar year so long as you get a B or better. (I'm literally getting my Masters Degree for free) - Career Opportunities are clear and Upfront - Amazing Leadership and Open Door Policy with even High Leadership like AVPs and Department Heads. (I literally would just walk into one of the AVPs office snf strike up a casual conversation)

Cons

I really have no beef with my work. This is the best job I've ever had. I don't wake up hating what I do. I feel taken care of which is rare in today's society.

Pros

Great benefits, fully remote, my fellow employees are great to work with.

Cons

The systems constantly lag and freeze, making an already stressful job even harder. You’re expected to handle the work of multiple roles while meeting unrealistic metrics and learning countless procedures. Calls are often back-to-back, and the two-minute breaks during busy times aren’t enough to recharge. Dealing with verbally abusive customers is common, and you’re required to give multiple warnings before ending a call. While there are opportunities to move into other roles, promotions often feel more dependent on who you know than your actual skills or performance. Overall, it’s a mentally exhausting, high-stress environment.
