Pros
Clear and positive communication exists between each layer of management and subordinates as well as with clients and customers. Everyone I've interacted with thus far has been very encouraging about my new position with the company. The benefits offered to new hires are also wonderful
Cons
As a relatively new employee, I haven't yet experienced cons with the company. I've heard a few coworkers mention wishing there was a café on site. As with most call centers, tight attendance guidelines make it more likely that workers will come to work sick. That 'con' is prevalent with any work position that requires good attendance, though.
