Cons
This company has really changed a lot over time. When I first arrived I really believed that the company had great culture and really cared about it's employees. I quickly learned that that culture does NOT translate across the company and every team varies. What the company does not tell you is they hire people for managerial roles that are capable of doing the jobs but lack people skills and are lousy at leading anything. What the company also doesn't tell you is that they will support you as long as you fit into their popularity contest. They rave about being a family but will kick you to the curb as soon as you no longer fit the "culture" or give them what they need. The work life balance is also a fraud; the pay could be better but they give you Flexible Fridays that you often can't take because you're working too hard and remote working but then meetings are often scheduled during lunch or after 5. Many other colleagues have left this company and are continuing to leave. It's for a reason.
