Pros
Very team oriented. Lots of support from management. Good at recognizing people for their efforts.
Cons
Not a meritocracy as originally stated. Hard to move through the ranks even if you perform phenomenally. The benefits are ATROCIOUS. Good for young, single people, but if you'll need an er visit or a non-standard dental visit, you will pay handsomely.
