Pros

Growing company with GE heritage moving in a new direction as a retail bank. Senior Leaders are engaging and friendly. Consistently, I find the help I need and the resources available to get the job done. Super positive work environment with great call center managers and employees. Multiple departments in Phoenix so plenty of opportunity to move and grow in the company. This is absolutely a great place to work.

Cons

Due to the rapid growth, the Phoenix call center is running out of space. It is challenging to find and to book meeting rooms due to the high demand. No other cons since Sr. Leaders address concerns immediately.

Pros

Great benefits, fully remote, my fellow employees are great to work with.

Cons

The systems constantly lag and freeze, making an already stressful job even harder. You’re expected to handle the work of multiple roles while meeting unrealistic metrics and learning countless procedures. Calls are often back-to-back, and the two-minute breaks during busy times aren’t enough to recharge. Dealing with verbally abusive customers is common, and you’re required to give multiple warnings before ending a call. While there are opportunities to move into other roles, promotions often feel more dependent on who you know than your actual skills or performance. Overall, it’s a mentally exhausting, high-stress environment.
