Synectics is proud to have a family friendly environment. We’re happy that our employees feel proud in inviting their families to our office for a visit. We have family-friendly corporate events, ex: family day, where employees and their families come together. We understand that our employees are juggling family and career. We support our employees work-life balance by offering flexible PTO, various health plan options, wellness programs, and a telework policy.
Synectics adheres to at-will employment. We recognize and respect an employee’s choice to terminate employment. It’s important to us that we stay connected to our employees, post-employment. As a result of our ongoing engagement efforts, we have had people return to work at Synectics. When we’re hiring, which we are right now, some folks have referred talent to work with us.
