      Great collaboration with leadership and other reps on the team, company car, reasonable expectations

      Cons

      The only con I can think of would be that everyone’s long term goal is to leave the company. Which makes sense for the contract role I’m on, but not sure how people climb the ladder @ Syneos

      Great benefits such as unlimited time off and multitude of healthcare options to choose from. Team is great as well.

      Cons

      There is no transparency with income, such as increases or bonuses. Also no transparency with career progression.
