Wonderful Contract Company - Diabetes Sales Specialist Syneos Health Employee Review

Some Syneos contracts involve companies who want you to have a certain level of experience (oncology, rare disease, HIV, etc) to be considered for an interview. Most clients should be willing to train especially if the rep is senior level with a proven track record of success and awards or maybe that client shouldn't sign on with a contract company. How else does someone get that experience? Makes no sense.
