Pros
So many intelligent and professional people work at this company and there is so much that can be learned from them. The culture is generally good, with a fun atmosphere and activities to bring staff together.
Cons
The HR department is the biggest downfall within this company, without a doubt. Disjointed, out of touch and cliquey. If they don't like you, they can put a halt to a lot of your progress within the office. There have also been some very 'interesting' choices of new hires which could have been considered better and is likely to do more harm than good in the long run.
