Pros
I get to work from home. That alone would make me love this company, but there’s more to it than that. I hit the boss jackpot here. My direct manager is the most wonderful supervisor I could hope for. She cares about my career and my job satisfaction just as much as she cares about my work product and meeting deadlines (which is a lot!)
Cons
Some evenings and weekends are needed when we are running close to a deadline for a client. I generally know in advance when it will be needed so I can plan accordingly.
