Pros
Excellent onboarding and off boarding process. Good pay, average benefits, 401K, stock options.
Cons
Company is going through a post merger and acquisitions pain and lots of uncertainty around management and direction. Work culture is terrible and don't expect a friendly environment. Works like two companies within one brand name. High attrition rate within IT, people are coming and leaving. Not a place for IT professionals. If you just want a job this the place. PTO 15 days, no sick leaves and no carry forward.
