      Work from home. Salary is ok. Flexible hours.

      Cons

      Unrealistic work load. Lack of support from management. There are times when you are thrown to the wolves without support from management. Management makes promises to clients without the means in staff to deliver. It's all about money. Since the merge, this company is not what it used to be.
