Pros
Met great people and it seemed like a good place to work and it was for some time. I think it was a good starting point, since you get the chance to work in a very dynamic environment, changing processes, using different tools and technologies. Flexible working time. Private health insurance. Hybrid working model.
Cons
Management didn’t seem to be qualified and picked their favorites. No career or development plan what so ever. Salary increases happened once a year, but the increase was very low, not at all mirroring the economic situation in the country or world even.
