Awesome employee appreciation. Every roll in the company is valued, not over looked. And achievements are always recognized. They promote from within- a lot of my coworkers (friends) were promoted within the 2 years as the company is constantly growing. Very flexible! No problem taking off for a last minute doctor appointment. And just about everyone is super nice and supportive making a great work environment.

Cons

Hard work with competing deadlines. The company is growing fast so there is very little down time.
