Very talented people all around with a lot of energy. Great place for folks who don't want to get boxed in a specific job and want to expand their career. Flexible work hours, great medical and gym benefits. Quarterly happy hours, annual family picnic, and monthly manager’s lunch are some of the soft benefits. Cash awards for “Employee of the Quarter” and annual anniversaries.
Cons
It might get overwhelming to folks who are not used to multitask or always look for specific directions. Also, being a small company, if you don’t know what you said you know when you were hired, will be exposed very easily.
