Nice, small company with involved (but not overly involved management). Senior management pitches in as required – even performed some programming work for me on one of my projects. Excellent 401 and health benefits. Due to its small size, there is plenty of opportunity to work on multiple projects and in multiple areas; this environment is great for multi-taskers!
