Pros

This company is very team and family oriented. I started working here in Feb and have nothing but good things to say. The team provides a positive work place. The company provides numerous opportunities for employees and their families to have fun outside of work...baseball games and picnics. The company also provides massages to keep your physical health up to par.

Cons

I don't have any Cons to report

Pros

A small company culture with big company benefits. The people team puts in the effort to celebrate a diverse and dispersed workforce. Impressive variety of customers and contracts.

Cons

Due to a larger percentage of employees employed in Maryland, company events are often held in Maryland. The smaller (but growing) percentage of employees employed in Virginia and Washington, DC are invited and encouraged to attend events held in Maryland but the commute of 30-50 miles distance requires a helicopter to navigate beltway traffic.

Pros

I have been with SynergyECP since my previous company was acquired by them early last year. Naturally, I was a bit apprehensive about the transition, but the experience has been incredibly positive. SynergyECP truly stands out because they genuinely care about their employees. Leadership puts real time and effort into listening to employee feedback, and more importantly, they actually take action to make things better. It is refreshing to work for a company that values open communication and continuously strives to improve the employee experience. I have nothing but great things to say about my time here and highly recommend them as an employer.

Cons

On the constructive side, being a deployed resource at a government facility while the company is headquartered in Maryland means day-to-day face time with leadership is limited. They do put effort into trying to keep everyone connected, but the physical distance is noticeable.
