      Great open culture. Company purpose of helping to feed the world is admirable. Very international group of employees. Truly global and offers global career opportunities.

      Constantly restructuring and cost cutting. Trying to save way to prosperity instead of grabbing growth opportunities.

      Nice people, management is not restrictive, labs are well-supplied, good attitude

      Cons

      It may be difficult to work with people who speak a lot of different languages, but English is the default and it's not a problem
