      employee friendly policies, work life balance is good

      Cons

      one of the worst HR team! keep coming up with new HR transformation every year however have no concept of lead by example, top to bottom the HR leaders dont follow their own policies or processes and wants special treatment

      Nice people, management is not restrictive, labs are well-supplied, good attitude

      Cons

      It may be difficult to work with people who speak a lot of different languages, but English is the default and it's not a problem
