      Pros

      Salary and benefits for location are better than other companies. Training and certification opportunities were supported.

      Cons

      Way to much outsourcing of key functions. Also given responsibilities but no authority for change initiatives. Most jobs you are only a doer and expected to support bad business decisions. No career planning and opportunities for growth extremely limited.

      Nice people, management is not restrictive, labs are well-supplied, good attitude

      Cons

      It may be difficult to work with people who speak a lot of different languages, but English is the default and it's not a problem
