      Pros

      Great people, very attractive pension fund. The field can be inspiring if the right things are on the priority list.

      Cons

      Bad mood as the industry, and especially Syngenta, is in a downturn. Headcount cuts all over, cost saving measures repeatedly.

      Nice people, management is not restrictive, labs are well-supplied, good attitude

      Cons

      It may be difficult to work with people who speak a lot of different languages, but English is the default and it's not a problem
