      Pros

      Nice Staff at least on the UK sites, they invest a lot in their staff, nice working atmosphere

      Cons

      Global functions are slow and make alot of mistakes, had problems with payroll being done incorrectly during onboarding (wrong tax code) and pension deductions.

      Nice people, management is not restrictive, labs are well-supplied, good attitude

      Cons

      It may be difficult to work with people who speak a lot of different languages, but English is the default and it's not a problem
