      Pros

      Extremely laid back compared to most plants. Relaxed vacation planning (not whole year in advance like some places), non-union so people can rotate job duties and keep things fresh. Real commitment to safety.

      Cons

      Some inept management, silly policies, and maintenance contractor bleeding the company bad. Could be much more profitable with a little common sense.

      Nice people, management is not restrictive, labs are well-supplied, good attitude

      Cons

      It may be difficult to work with people who speak a lot of different languages, but English is the default and it's not a problem
