Poor corporate affairs function - Corporate Affairs Manager Syngenta Employee Review

Poor leadership with focus on harassment, bullying and creating an atmosphere where fear is prime. People in the team pretend to value leadership input when they really follow the party line to stay in highly paid jobs that deliver very little innovation. They spend all their time delivery stuff for the sake of delivering something - when really it’s about delivering what’s adds value. Hopeless so I left.
